  1. After downloading this game (and putting all the parts together), I attempted to run the game (by opening the completed ISO with WinRAR and selecting the ".exe" file). Insted, it opened the Steam page pertaining to Vessel. I was wondering if that was supposed to happen, and if so, where do I go from there?

  2. that's not supposed to happen.
try another exe or find setup, if any.
(sorry, I've forgotten what's the iso contains, I recently formatted my hard disk)
if it's still not working, I will download the game and install it on my hard disk.
    for you :)

  3. (From above) Upon further investigation, I found that in the SKIDROW folder there is a "vessel.exe" file. When trying to open that, I get an error message saying "fmodex.dll" was missing. Also, the ".exe" file mentioned above was the setup file in the main directory. There is a .bin file title setup, so I will try to open that, how is the question now.

  4. I stand corrected. Turns out the contents of the SKIDROW folder simply needed to be moved into the installed Vessel folder. Using "move and replace", the whole process was actually quite simple. It works now, thanks for the advice!
